Secret Moss Meadow is an Irish, Americana, and Folk duo that bridges the timeless and the contemporary. Rooted in a deep respect for tradition, the pair is known for breathing fresh, vibrant life into classic folk songs while honoring the spirit of the original melodies.
With formal classical training and degrees in music, Emily and Eric bring a level of harmonic depth and dynamic nuance that makes their acoustic act one of a kind. Emily’s crystalline soprano carries ancient ballads and modern tales with an effortlessly soaring tone, while Eric’s intricate bouzouki accompaniment provides a lush, structured foundation. Together, they transform Irish trad, Americana folk, and contemporary covers into an immersive, conservatory-grade listening experience.
The duo generally plays a 45-60 minute set on stage but can also put on smaller and more mobile performances as well. They've been known to play a stage set and then make their way to the tavern area and play some crowd pleasing pub/drinking songs.
