We show up with a Medieval style natural tent (13x19') kegerators and our meads and wine on tap to serve 5oz glasses and teach patrons who wander by our ancient methods. The owner has a MS degree in Wine Microbiology/Food Science and teaches college courses on the history of mead and wine through the ages as well as brewing courses for kombucha, beer, mead, and wine. Part educational/part entertainment/part selling extremely good on-theme mead and wine to the masses. We are based out of NC but willing to get permits for whatever state will take us as we do very well at Ren Faires and wish to pursue more. We even throw our own annual "Mead" ieval Festival at our taproom in Wilkesboro, NC! We will come dressed in Medieval attire and are known to be quite the entertaining bunch!
